The latest laser engraving technology for full software axis control & automated repeatability.

This technology enables the laser engraving of full 3D models directly into customer projects.

It requires a 3D CAD model of only the material that is being removed by the laser.

The CAD export needed for this process is a STL file.

‘ Z ’ slice data is generated by the CAM software & pre-determined parameters are applied to each layer as these are lasered one by one.

Dynamic ‘ Z ’ axis software control will maintain constant laser focus throughout the process.

The 3D model grows into the material, as the laser removes each layer.

If you do not have a 3D file available but have a 2D CAD outline or vector file, we have the software that can build up the STL file.

Importing a DXF, EPS and IGS outline file will generate the 3D data.
